Phones, Internet, and network down

At 9:39 AM we experienced a brief outage. Phones, internet, and network was down temporarily. All systems were online by 9:45 AM. The cause of the temporary outage is unknown at this time, what we do know is that multiple network devices went offline and we have a public works contractor working in the Police Department Server Room installing a new A/C unit. However, this could have been a coincidence and not related to their work.   

Issue has been resolved, we don't expect further outages, nothing further to report at this time.
