You may be surprised to know that every week IT receives a couple of requests that were resolved simply restarting the computer system or application.
Here is the recommended process to reboot your computer.
1. Close down all your applications and save any open documents.
2. Shut down the computer completely and allow the computer to remain off for a few seconds.
3. Start computer as you normally would.
