There are two ways to submit a new support ticket:
1. Online - Submitting tickets online is the fastest and easiest way to submit tickets. Please click the following link to submit a ticket online now. Submit Ticket Now.
2. Email - You may continue to submit tickets via email to itsupport@cityofsierramadre.com. All tickets submitted to IT Support email will automatically be collected and routed to the IT Employee portal.
Quick note: A good description in both the subject and body of your requests is always appreciated to help us quickly identify requests at a glance.
